About us
We are an innovative and forward-thinking flooring company who offer a wide range of products for both domestic and commercial settings in WA. We are different from our peers as not only can we design and bring your creation to life, but our installations are second to none.
Each installation is completed to the point of perfection, and your floor will last as long as you want it to, without defects. Artis have decades of experience within the flooring industry, and we now specialise in luxury vinyl plank and tile installations.
Our Retail Space
Our retail space is located on the ground floor within Home Base design centre in Subiaco. Our products showcased have been specifically chosen to suit all budgets. We have displays of wool and SDN carpets, a wide range of vinyl plank and tiles, and a small collection of hybrid floors. Our product ranges are growing regularly, so if you are looking for something specific, please ask us.
The samples on display demonstrate how our flooring products can look and feel, and to help provide some inspiration. Overall, as our ranges have many different colours, finishes and laying patterns, we are unable to showcase them all! If you wish to view further samples or to explore more of the range, please contact us. The design centre is open 7 days a week and the opening hours are as follows:
Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm
Saturday: 8.30am – 5pm
Sunday: 10am – 4pm
The retail space is currently staffed Mondays and Fridays 9am – 2.30pm, and Saturdays 9.30am – 12.30pm. We are in the process of staff recruitment to be able to expand these days and times, so that a flooring expert is always readily available for you at the centre. Our Heritage
Artis founder, Lee, entered into the flooring industry as a floor layer in 1997, working for a small local business which catered for both domestic and commercial flooring. In early 2008, Lee made the decision to become self-employed, and Artis Flooring was launched. He continued to offer the same services as he had done previously, but had noticed a shift in the industry. Lee was aware that new products were coming to the market and as a result, dedicated a great deal of time in gaining a range of industry-recognised qualifications.
This process enabled him to not only maintain the level of high-quality services, but also to adapt and evolve as the industry changed. In early 2017, Lee emigrated from the UK to Australia and has intentionally partnered with Amtico, who globally has long been recognised as the design, innovation and performance leader in the LVT industry. The products are already well-established and highly regarded in the UK, European and American flooring industries, so it felt natural and appropriate to introduce them to the Australian market.
